How long will it take to receive my container?

We deliver quickly everywhere. Average delivery times are 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll be informed at every stage of the delivery process.

Is delivery chargeable?

No. Delivery is 100% free , regardless of your destination city or port.

Returns & Exchanges

How to return an item?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. You will be notified whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Warranty & Services

Do you offer on-site installation or placement?

Yes. With our turnkey solution, we manage the transport to your warehouse or construction site, including unloading and installation.

How long is the warranty?

All our containers come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty , covering manufacturing defects and structural issues.

Do you do container conversions?

On request, we can supply fitted containers (offices, cold storage, housing, etc.), delivered ready to use.
